perfect location helpful staff train station faulty aircon daytime poor sleep
the location is perfect. it's within walking distance from the train station. the centre is also just across the road. the staff at the reception were kind and helpful.
the air con didn't work in my first room. it only stays on in the daytime. i need it to be on at night to keep the room cool. i had no sleep at all.

a positive stay
clean room spacious room private parking convenient breakfast
the room was clean and spacious, a double room. it included a tv, kettle, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. i enjoyed the breakfast, it catered to all needs, even vegetarian preferences, quite convenient. i found the private car parking space ideal, it gave me extra peace of mind, i felt safer.
i noticed the tv in the room wasn't working for hotel information! i had to use my mobile phone to find the information i needed. it was a minor inconvenience, but it did take a bit of effort to resolve.

the staff provided good customer service and were always very helpful, always smiling. they promptly addressed my concerns and were available when i needed assistance, a plus. they are very friendly!

The hotel features a nice reception lobby. It is well kept, modern, and inviting. i appreciated the presence of a gym though i didn't use it myself, still it is there. a bar and lounge area offers a relaxing space too.

the room was also quiet which allowed for restful sleep, a benefit. the bed was comfortable, and i found the room to be modern. i was able to relax without the disturbance of noise from other guests.

The location proved convenient for my visit. It provided quick access to my venue. the heart of the town is very close, easy to walk around. the hotel's proximity to key areas made it an excellent choice.

Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was lovely. The variety was definitely satisfactory! the chef cooked eggs to our preference . this added a special touch to the morning meal.

firm mattress soundproofing lack
the room was clean, and the shower was good.
The bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt too firm. the noise levels were high, and it sounded like street traffic was right outside the window. the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax.
